The 19th Science and Technology Expo for Meteorological Modernization was grandly held in Chengdu, Sichuan from May 20 to 22. Hosted by the Chinese Meteorological Society, the event themed "Achieve High-level Self-reliance and Strengthen High-efficiency Development" gathered nearly 200 industry leaders to showcase cutting-edge technologies and innovative achievements in meteorology and hydrology.

Two-Dimensional Visible Disdrometer (SVD-2): It captures the diameter, velocity and shape of precipitation particles with high precision, and accurately identifies weather phenomena such as drizzle, sleet and hail. Equipped with radar calibration function and adaptable to harsh complex environments, it facilitates refined monitoring and early warning of precipitation.

Cloud Combined Detection & Analysis System (SCCP-200): A lightweight and highly integrated airborne detection device compatible with multiple platforms including UAVs and manned aircraft. It collects cloud microphysical parameters in real time, delivering efficient aerial detection solutions for cloud water resource development, weather modification and low-altitude environmental monitoring.
