From May 15th to 17th, the 7th National Marine Technology Conference, hosted by the State Key Laboratory of Marine Precision Sensing Technology (Zhejiang University) and Donghai Laboratory, and undertaken by the Ocean College of Zhejiang University, was held at the Zhoushan Campus of Zhejiang University. The conference brought together more than a thousand academicians, experts, young scholars, and industry professionals in the field of marine science and technology.

The conference will also host the 2025 International Marine Technology Exhibition, a showcase of cutting-edge marine technologies. • Marine Meteorological Drifting Observation Instrument: The device integrates meteorological and hydrological observation functions, which can real-time collect meteorological data such as wind speed, wind direction, air temperature and humidity. Meanwhile, combined with the monitoring of drifting trajectory, it provides important support for marine meteorological forecasting and disaster early warning.
